Content Removal & Complaints
We take complaints about content on this site seriously. All artwork here is computer-generated fiction depicting fictional adult characters, created by us — there is no user-submitted content. Even so, if you believe any content on satansart.com is unlawful, infringes your rights, or depicts an identifiable real person, we want to hear about it.
How to report
- Email support@satansart.com with the subject line “Content Complaint.”
- Include: the URL(s) of the content, the reason for the complaint (e.g., alleged unlawfulness, infringement, depiction of a real person without consent), and your contact information.
- For copyright claims, include the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material’s location, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
- We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days.
- We review and resolve complaints within 7 days of receipt. If a complaint is substantiated, the content is removed or corrected. If we cannot substantiate it, we will explain why and you may escalate with further information.
- Content confirmed to be unlawful is removed immediately upon that determination, and we notify our payment providers as their rules require.
- Complaints alleging that content depicts a real, identifiable person are prioritized and the content is disabled while under review.
- Apparent child sexual abuse material, in any form, is reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities. We keep a log of all complaints and their resolution.
