Terms of Service
1. Adults only
satansart.com (the “Site”) contains artwork intended for adults. You may access the Site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and it is legal for you to view adult material where you live. By using the Site you represent that both are true.
2. What this site is
The Site publishes original digitally-created science-fiction and fantasy artwork, animation, and video produced by Ilushin LLC (“we,” “us”). All characters depicted are fictional adults. No real persons are depicted, and no real performers participate in any content. Everything portrayed is consensual fiction.
3. License to you
All content on the Site is © Ilushin LLC / satansart.com. When you view the Site, or purchase or download content, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and retain that content for private, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell, rent, redistribute, publicly display, or re-upload any content, in whole or in part, in any form. Watermarks and embedded identifiers must not be removed.
4. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing
- One-time purchases are charged once, at the price displayed at checkout. They do not renew.
- Subscriptions, where offered, renew automatically at the interval and price displayed at checkout until cancelled. Starting a subscription requires your separate, affirmative consent to the automatic-renewal terms at checkout; you will receive an emailed acknowledgment stating the price, renewal interval, and how to cancel, plus periodic renewal reminders with cancellation instructions. You can cancel at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Memberships are currently offered through SubscribeStar (subscribestar.art/satansart), an independent third-party platform: SubscribeStar’s own terms, billing, refund and cancellation rules govern those subscriptions, and we never see your card details. No card payments are processed on this site itself yet. If you have a question about buying or supporting the work, contact support@satansart.com — otherwise, please consider tipping the artist via the PayPal link on the homepage. When card payments go live they will be processed by a third-party adult-industry merchant of record: the billing descriptor shown at checkout is what appears on your card statement (the exact descriptor will be listed here at that time), and we never see or store your full card details.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Sharing accounts or purchased-content access is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with any active paid access handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Accessing the Site while under 18 or misrepresenting your age.
- Scraping, mass-downloading, or archiving Site content; circumventing the age gate, paywall, watermarks, or content protection.
- Redistributing content, including to file-sharing sites and social platforms.
- Using Site content to train machine-learning models without written permission.
7. Content standards
All content on the Site is produced solely by Ilushin LLC and reviewed before publication. There are no user uploads. We never publish: depictions of minors or characters portrayed as minors, in any style; depictions of identifiable real persons; or content presenting non-consensual conduct as real. All characters are fictional adults, and everything portrayed is consensual fiction.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions; to that extent this section does not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability, or statutory consumer rights, that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes to paid offerings will be communicated before your next renewal.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the courts of that state. If mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you rights, or the right to bring or defend claims in your local courts, that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in this section takes those rights away.
