1. The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run an art site: an email address if you sign up for the mailing list or an account, order records if you buy something, and basic technical logs. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number. We do not sell personal data.
2. What we collect and why
- Age-gate confirmation — stored in your browser so you are not asked on every visit; we do not log it or link it to your identity. Where the law of your jurisdiction requires stronger age assurance, we apply the verification measures described at the point of access.
- Functional cookies — if you create an account or make a purchase, our platform sets strictly-necessary cookies for login sessions and cart contents. We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
- Email address — if you join the mailing list or create an account; used for the updates you asked for and for account/purchase notices. Every mailing includes an unsubscribe link.
- Purchase records — what was bought, when, and the processor’s transaction reference; kept for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested; kept short-term by our hosting and content-delivery providers for security and performance.
3. Payment data
Memberships purchased through SubscribeStar are processed entirely by SubscribeStar under its own privacy policy; we receive only the subscriber information SubscribeStar shares with creators. No payment merchant is currently available on this site itself; when card payments go live, checkout will be hosted by a third-party adult-industry merchant of record. Your card details go directly to the processor over their secured checkout; we receive only confirmation of the transaction and the data needed to grant access. The processor’s own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
4. Service providers
We share data only with the providers that make the Site work: our web host (Hostinger), our video/content delivery network (bunny.net), our payment processors, and our email delivery provider for the mailing list. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
5. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via the link in any email.
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or its correction or deletion, by emailing support@satansart.com. We will respond within 30 days in most cases, and in any event within the time required by applicable law; if a request is complex and we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect our reply. Purchase records that tax law requires us to keep are retained for the legally required period.
- Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor valid requests under applicable law. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Discretion
We understand purchases on an adult-art site are private. We do not disclose customer identities or purchase histories except to the service providers above, or where the law compels it. Billing descriptors are shown at checkout so you know what will appear on your statement.
7. Children
The Site is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; any such data discovered is deleted.
8. Changes
Updates to this policy change the effective date above; material changes will be noted on the Site.
